18+ years of experience in nuclear engineering and electrical engineering.
Stephen has spent the majority of his career focused primarily on the design, installation, commissioning, and operation of large grid-tied battery energy storage systems and ancillary equipment.
Throughout this time, Stephen has played key rolls in his organizations electrical safety programs. As a Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP), Stephen provides the instruction and training to those looking to get qualified.
Stephen’s instructional courses are unique in some respect as he brings a strong background in both field experience and design experience. He specializes in training engineers to identify and eliminate electrical hazards during the design phase before they can present a danger to the electrical workers.
